The ACCELERATOR Program reached a key milestone with our first live gathering on January 16-17. Representatives from SMEs participating in the program finally met face-to-face in Velventos, Greece, fostering collaboration and sparking innovative ideas.
Labs 3 & 4 - Define and Validate - took place in person, guiding SMEs through turning innovative ideas into reality and market testing.

Define: Dive into Action in person in Greece!
In this lab, we took SMEs innovative solution from ideas to reality using the Lean Canvas framework. Discovered how to analyze competition and strategically position venture in the market. Our expert team provided SMEs with the essential resources and guidance to refine their business model. The objective was to craft a sustainable, financially viable venture that made a meaningful impact on the environment and local community.
Lab 4 – Validate

Validate: Market Testing in person in Greece!
This critical phase helped mitigate business risks by testing SMEs ideas in the market. Engaged with pilot customers who were early adopters of innovative products or services.
Through testing and real-world feedback, SMEs identified potential issues and fine-tuned their solutions. Gained valuable insights to create compelling offerings that resonate with their target audience.
We're grateful for the participating SMEs who traveled to Greece to attend Labs 3 and 4 in person. Participants will continue the program online.
